Our story

Bluewater Bistro is the southern star of Perth’s illustrious Fraser’s Group of restaurant and function venues – including Fraser’s Restaurant and Botanical Cafe in Kings Park – established by Executive Chef Chris Taylor. Chris has a passion for creating real food for real people, sourcing the best produce available, then serving it simply and deliciously, letting the natural flavours shine through. First established as Bluewater Grill in 2003, Bluewater is now the beating heart of the heritage listed Heathcote Cultural Centre. Thanks to Chris’ tender loving care and great tenacity, beautiful old buildings have been reborn. Today they welcome couples, friends and families bistro-style dining from lunch until late, after work drinks, casual and corporate events, spectacular weddings and birthdays.
